Death of a French chef d’orchestre
The death has been announced of Stéphane Cardon, conductor, composer and close associate of Olivier Messiaen. Associate conductor of the Orchestre National du Capitole de Toulouse, he also directed Massenet’s Cendrillon at Wexford.
