[…] Aleba & Co.Paola Prestini's 'Houses of Zodiac' World PremiereComposer Paola Prestini’s Houses of Zodiac: Poems for Cello will have its world premiere performances as a live theatrical production at Zipper Hall at the Colburn School, presented by The Broad museum in Los Angeles on June 4 and 5.In conjunction with The Broad’s special exhibition, Takashi Murakami: Stepping on the Tail of a Rainbow, this collaboration between composer Paola Prestini, cellist Jeffrey Zeigler, Sankai Juku dancer Dai Matsuoka, New York City Ballet dancer Georgina Pazcoguin, and filmmaker Murat Eyuboglu explore the intersection of mind, body, and nature—themes mirrored in the recent artwork of Takashi Murakami which express his interests in spirituality and ecological and manmade disasters.
