The year 1795 in classical music and in lyrical art

1795. With other artists, Luigi Boccherini, François -André Danican Philidor and Domenico Cimarosa influenced their time (classical era / romantic era). That year would see the birth of future classical or lyrical artists, such as Aleksander Griboyedov, while others would disappear. That year, new works would be composed, published or performed for the first time in public, such as “Piano Concerto No. 2 in B-flat major, Op. 19” de Ludwig van Beethoven, for example.

All these moments, more or less notable, make the year 1795 a page in the history of classical and lyrical music to be discovered or rediscovered. soclassiq currently lists more than 100 of these moments for 1795.
