1888. With other artists, Johannes Brahms, Antonín Dvořák and Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky influenced their time (romantic era). That year would see the birth of future classical or lyrical artists, while others would disappear such as Edward Lear. That year, new works would be composed, published or performed for the first time in public, such as “Scheherazade, Op. 35” de Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov, for example.
