The year 2007 in classical music and in lyrical art
2007. With other artists, Claudio Abbado, Mstislav Rostropovich and James Horner influenced their time (modern & contemporary era). That year would see the birth of future classical or lyrical artists, while others would disappear such as Luciano Pavarotti. That year, new works would be composed, published or performed for the first time in public, such as “Sound : the 24 Hours of the Day, Opp. 81-101” de Richard Stilwell, for example. That year, halls or orchestras would be founded or ceased to operate.
