Bachs Emfindungen") Wq 67 Yuko Yoshioka, Piano (Live at Shinagawa Gloria Chappell Hall, April 23th, 2004) YUKO YOSHIOKA (b. 1967 Saitama, Japan) studied at the Musashino Academia Musicae with professors Sazare Fukumoto, Shoichi Yamada, Gerhard Berge, Max Martin Stein and Erzsebet Tusa and graduated from the academia in 1990. She continued her studies in postgraduate course of the Musashino Academia and studied piano with prof. E. Tusa, chember music with Prof. Robert Bergt, and duo piano with prof. Henriette Puig-Roget. She has participated in the master classes of Regina Smendzianka, Alexander Jenner, Bella Davidovich and Teresa Manasterska. Yuko Yoshioka won 2nd prize at 1st All-Japan French Music Competition in 1992. She has performed in the international music festivals including Viktring Musikforum International Summer Festival in Klagenfurt (Austria) and Verbier Festival (Switzerland). She has given solo recitals and performed with orchestras (Concertos of Mozart, Poulenc and Chopin) in Japan and Taiwan. In 2005, she visited Urmas Sisask in Janeda, Estonia and took his special lecture. Yuko Yoshioka has been performing the concert series (51 times up to now) as a solist and accompanist in Yatsugatake Concert Hall (Nagano, Japan) since 2005.
