Haydn Rankin McMillan Leech Bradford Bradford Festival Choral Society 1416 1611 1934 2021
Our most ambitious virtual choir recording yet - recorded during lockdown in Spring 2021. Haydn’s glorious Nelson Mass is a choral favourite; we’re joined by musicians from Skipton Camerata and four fabulous soloists in this complete digital performance. Every musician taking part recorded their part individually to guide tracks, with our musical team editing these together to create the final performance - we’ve not been able to sing together in person for over a year, but this reminds us of the joy and wonder of making music together, whatever the challenging circumstances, and has provided focus for our zoom choir rehearsals. Please donate a suggested ticket price of £10 - this helps cover our costs for this performance, paying for professional musicians at this challenging time.
