Learn how to make Mashed Potato at home with Chef Varun Inamdar on Get Curried. Ingredients 2 cup Potato (Boiled & Peeled) 1/2 cup Butter (salted) 3/4 cup Milk Fresh Parsley Salt Method Take 2 cups of boiled & peeled Potatoes. Make sure the potatoes you're using are old and starchy. First, start by mashing potatoes. Start mashing process in small batches or one at a time. Once you start mashing, you'll notice grits in potatoes. To remove all the grits and lumps pass all mashed potatoes through a sieve. Do this in smaller quantities too. After passing all the potatoes through a sieve, let's start chopping Parsley. Ensure that you chop it nice and fine. After chopping Parsley, it's time to cook mash potatoes. For that, heat 1/2 cup Butter in a pan. Once Butter starts to heat up, add in 3/4 cup Milk and start mixing the potatoes. Cook the potatoes till it comes together. Wait for it to form a huge lump and that's a sign that it's cooked perfectly. Once everything comes together, it's time to add in finely chopped Parsely. Mix it thoroughly and your Mashed Potatoes is ready to serve. Barrera Iriarte Salgado Miz Soto Parsley
(Anonymous Spanish song, 17th century) Marizápalos was a young girl, head-over heels in love with Pedro Martín; she was the niece of the esteemed priest, the jewel of the village, the flower of Madrid. Marizápalos went out one afternoon to the green grove that comes up to Madrid in order to collect flowers by hand, she possessing more of them than May and April combined. As she stepped with her dainty slipper, finer by far than cork-soled clog, seeking to embroider its flowers with pearls, the meadow turned its satin into watered silk. The couple picnicked on a table made by Marieta from her petticoat, and Perico, seeing how fresh her fare was, devoured it with his own parsley sauce. As his twitching hands sought out her breasts, with a sly little start Marizápalos cried 'Shoo!' in a loving tone of voice more like 'Pussy!' Hearing the sound of horse-hoofs rustling the fallen leaves, our Adonis took to his heels, fearing the tusks of some boar or other. And was the priest on his way to the grove and if he had come onto the scene a little earlier, knowing grammar as he did, he would have caught them out using bad Latin.
