The soprano sings Francis Poulenc's setting of three poems by the Andalusian poet Federico García Lorca. The composer dedicated the first of these songs to Geneviève Touraine (and the third was dedicated to her younger brother, baritone Gérard Souzay.) Poulenc is the accompanist in this recording from 1955. I. "L'enfant muet" 0:00 II. "Adelina à la promenade" 1:27 III. "Chanson de l'oranger sec" 2:14 Link to my playlist for this singer: (http•••)
