Allegro Marcel Moyse (né le 17 mai 1889 à Saint-Amour et mort le 1er novembre 1984 aux États-Unis) était un flûtiste français et professeur renommé, qui a formé parmi les plus grands flûtistes du xxe siècle. Il a étudié avec Philippe Gaubert, Adolphe Hennebains et Paul Taffanel au Conservatoire national supérieur de musique et de danse de Paris. Il fut professeur de flûte au Conservatoire de 1932 à 1948 et professeur de 1948 à 1949 au Conservatoire de Genève puis émigra aux États-Unis. Il a donné des master classes de 1960 à 1970 en Suisse, aux États-Unis, au Royaume-Uni et au Japon. Parmi ses nombreux élèves figurent Trevor Wye, Jean-Pierre Eustache, Henri Lebon, William Bennett et Sir James Galway. Il est l'auteur de nombreuses publications dont 37 volumes de méthodes de flûte. Albert Roussel lui a dédicacé le premier mouvement du Joueurs de Flûte. Jacques Ibert a écrit pour lui son concerto.
