As a soloist, Ms. Pappas has sung with across the country with the Vancouver, Montreal and Victoria Symphony Orchestras, the London, Quebec and Saskatoon Symphonies, Pacific Opera Victoria, Montreal Opera, Saskatoon Opera and numerous festivals. Internationally, she has appeared with Switzerland's Stadttheater Bern, Germany's East West Symphony, Belgium's Opera de Wallonie, France's Opera d'Avignon, Spain's Delegada Orquesta Sinfonica de Madrid, Northwest Sinfonetta, Spokane Opera and New York's Lincoln Centre at Alice Tully Hall. Ms. Pappas has made several CD recordings and has appeared on many television and radio programs.

Max Lichtegg--tenor Eduard Hartogs--conductor Orchestre de la Suisse Romande 1950 / "Max Lichtegg lost his parents at an early age and grew up with an uncle in Vienna , where he attended school and had already performed as a boy soprano . He studied history at the University of Vienna and singing at the New Conservatory in Vienna and in Bern . He began his stage career in 1936 at the Stadttheater Bern . Lichtegg was soon seen by the public as an operetta star, so that he had to fight for his opera roles with the directors. From 1940 he was a member of the Zurich City Theater ensemble . Lichtegg made guest appearances at the Vienna State Opera and in 1948 at the San Francisco Opera. He has sung at the State Operas of Munich and Stuttgart, at the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées Paris, at the Grand Théâtre de Genève , in Los Angeles, Strasbourg and Wiesbaden as well as at the Monte Carlo Opera . His stage repertoire included Belmonte in the Abduction from the Seraglio , Don Ottavio in Don Giovanni , Tamino in the Magic Flute , Almaviva in Rossini's Barber of Seville , the eponymous hero in Fra Diavolo , Lyonel in Flotow's Martha , Ernesto in Don Pasquale , Hoffmann in Hoffmann's Stories , Lenski in Eugene Onegin , the Duke in Rigoletto , Alfredo in La Traviata , Hans in the Bartered Bride , Rodolfo in La Bohème , Max in Der Freischütz, the Lohengrin and the Narraboth in Salome . At the Opera House of Zurich Lichtegg sang in the premieres of Paul Burkhard Casanova in Switzerland in 1942 and 1947 in the operetta Tic-Tac , 1952, as revised in Paul Hindemith's Cardillac , 1962 in the premiere of Armin Schiblers Blackwood and co . In 1951 he sang Tom Rakewell in the German premiere of Igor Stravinsky's The Rake's Progress . He also appeared as a concert singer and lieder singer. In 1987 his 50th anniversary on the stage was celebrated in Zurich. He was also very talented as an actor and he had a stunning charm. Lichtegg was naturalized in Zurich in 1949 . He was married twice, first to Olga Kaufmann, then to Marietta Winterhalder. His grave is in the Manegg cemetery . His tomb was lifted."; wikipedia
